• Ram Kumar is a seasoned Technocrat with a Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• With a vast (30 Years) experience in Project Management, Energy and Fuel Conservation Technologies, Solid Waste Management, Mineral Processing, Alternative Fuels and Energy.
• Currently, he is Consulting Chandigarh Smart City for Solid Waste Management. He takes care of Business Development, Project Management, Marketing of 2 Degrees Cli-Con Group as Chief Technical Officer.

Siva Subramaniam

Ideator and Founder

• Siva is the founder and CEO of Ideation 3X Pte Ltd, an advisory and consulting firm with interests in Singapore, Malaysia and Bangladesh.
• Siva advises companies like large, SMEs, start-ups and work with them to develop new markets, new customers, new businesses and strengthen the companies by bringing new technologies in their portfolio. Siva’s diverse projects include cross-border M&A, creating strategic partnerships, market penetration and entry strategy and creating business value.
• Siva last assignment was working as General Manager, iPromar Pte Ltd, A start-up company that was focusing on Advanced NDT Solutions and it was first of a kind initiative under Singapore ILUP Program within Oil & Gas Vertical.
• Prior to that Siva was working in APV Asia Pte Ltd in various management roles within Asia Pacific region. Prior to that he was working as Regional Sales Manager for Invensys Flow control Asia and established and managed channels and provided sales leadership in the region.
• Siva has a degree in Chemical Engineering from India, MBA from University of Western Australia and is a Certified Asia Pacific Marketing Professional.

Manoj Jain

Chairman and Managing Partner

• Manoj Jain is the Chairman, Managing Partner, Advisory and Investment at Flat Globe Capital Partners (FGCP) with interests in Singapore, India, China & US.
• MJ advises large businesses on strategic issues enabling growth through innovation and investments. MJ’s diverse projects include cross-border M&A, infrastructure investments and strategic diversification. MJ is advising Chinese enterprises on large infrastructure investments in India and other developing economies. Prior to that MJ was senior strategy consultant at McKinsey working with financial services, health care, and high tech clients in the areas of corporate growth strategy, mergers and acquisitions, operations effectiveness, reorganization, and e-commerce. MJ also worked as an analyst/ Certified cash manager in Corporate Treasury and Risk Management at JP Morgan.
• MJ has a degree in Digital Electronics engineering from India, MBA from University of Illinois, US and completed post graduate studies at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and Harvard Business School. MJ is also research fellow at the Human Research Institute, advisory to several investment firms, a member of YPO (Young Presidents’ Organization), and is also director on board of several companies.
